Hi there, I request assistance.
I like to cook, and go on binges here and there (see my other thread).
But, I get really sick of "the same old thing." I'm also very lazy and don't like to take more than an hour to cook (although If I'm brewing I will use the downtime to marinate etc.)
What I would like is for each of you to post your one favourite thing to cook.
Ultimately I would like a stockpile of interesting dishes to cook one at a time at my leisure (or in one of my manic cook everything under the sun kind of state).
Recipes would be appreciated, but are not required. I know how to use google
