I attempted two ciders from two one gallon jugs of apple juice over the holidays. Both have been sitting for about 10 days and they are still cloudy. Should I go ahead and move them to a secondary fermenter or leave them be until they clear up?

Thanks!

You can rack them to the secondary, and wait for them to drop more lees and clear.

Some ciders will take a long time to clear, but some will clear pretty quickly after fermentation stops, depending on ingredients and yeast strain.
