Steam-jacketed kettle

Hi! Wondering if anyone here has had success utilizing a steam kettle for a mash tun? I picked up a 30 gallon Groen at a scrap yard for $70 and looking to see if it’s feasible for use. It sits on a pedistal that mounts to the floor and has a huge spigot built-in for draining. Making a false bottom would be easy with some perforated sheet SS. I only have the kettle and am missing the steam generator. Any info or guidance is appreciated.
