Steam infusion question

thanks for your prompt response. what you did looks good however i cant find any thread that will screw into the lid.

this is what i have.

im wanting to put the valve over where the blowoff is located on the right of the cooker.

would you mind getting more detailed on how you configured yours?

There is just a hole in the lid on mine. There's a brass nipple in the brass tee. The nipple then goes through the hole in the top of the lid and the adapter threads onto the nipple on the underside with the nylon washer.
