STC-1000+ after a power outage?

So we have a nice thunderstorm rolling through Northern Colorado right now and it took out our power. I've got a Helles down in the basement two weeks into fermentation (just moved it to secondary yesterday and my lagering temps are ramping down to 32.5) So my question is... when the power comes back on will my STC-1000+ pick up in profile 3 where it left off in the profile when the power went out, or will I need to quickly throw together another (abridged) profile and start it?

I unplug mine when not using the freezer to ferment and it saves the previous settings, no problem.
