I don't think I've ever had this much fermenting at once, so this is a fun sight for me. The four 3 gallon fermenters in the upper left are from a club barrel project that got contaminated, so I split my portion and added four different strains of Brett. The other two 3 gallon fermenters and the one on the floor are a split batch, each being fermented with a different strain of Brett, and the other two carboys are a split batch of a sort of Belgian Dubbel base, half fermented with Saison Blend, half with Melange, both from The Yeast Bay.

By the way, fermentation has never smelled so good. Those 100% Brett beers smell absolutely amazing. Ripe, tropical fruit.
