Starter using LME

I've been building starters with DME and using 200g of DME to 2L of water.
Does anybody know how much LME I would use?

LME has roughly 20% water content if I remember correctly. Wouldn't that mean you need 240 grams?

I use 6 oz of pilsner lme to 1qt and end up with a 1.04x OG. On the stir plate I end up with a huge amount of yeast in suspension and pitch.
