Hey All,

I made a starter last night for a brew I'm making over the weekend. The yeast began taking off within an hour and was really cranking overnight.

Now though there's really not much activity in the growler. Should I be worried about the idea the yeast may have consumed all of the malt in the starter and will "starve" before I brew tomorrow?

Thanks!

I wouldnt be concerned. A starter will be good for numerous days. Possibly even up to a week. However, I would recommend giving it a good swirl now and again. I keep mine in the kitchen, and swirl it every time I walk past it.
