2 Liters, 200 Grams DME, boiled for 15 mins, cooled to 60F
hit with O2 for 60 seconds
no agitation, no stir plate
I pitch my starters after 24 hours, so I was curious what the gravity readings
would be at this 24 hour point. I'd like to repeat this test with a fresh smack pack.
