I have been using starsan to sterilize everything. My question is if I can keep a container made up if it would keep good for a week or two. That way when I go to check my gravity I don't have to make a fresh batch every time. Also what about keeping some in a spray bottle. It would be nice for anything I need to sterilize that I can't soak like my bottle tree.
Thanks,
Marcus

First off, you are sanitizing not sterilizing, If you use distilled water it will keep for some time. I keep a spray bottle of star-san all the time.

Well I cant completely vouch for this being entirely effective...but Ive been saving, storing and re-using my solutions for months without any problem

It will stay good for a while. Just keep a lid on it so dust and other random stuff doesn't get in. And it will work in a spray bottle. I don't think it's listed as a sterilizer though.

It is not listed as a sterilizer but can function as one at a higher concentration and longer contact time. The problem is that outside of a lab clean room you can't keep anything sterile for any period of time.

Thanks, everybody.
Sorry about the confusion of calling it a sterilizer. I was very tired when i wrote this. This has answered all my questions. I think i will pick up a 5 gallon bucket a spray bottle, and distilled water today at work. I can't wait to brew my first batch.
