Starsan Odor

I took my first hydrometer reading a couple of days ago. I used a small amount of starsan. I used about a gallon of water, so i eyed about 1/5th of an ounce of starsan. I seperated a small cup of the solution and used it to refill my airlock. After i was done, i noticed a smell on my arms... I don't knownhow to describe it other than... It kind of smells like weed with a little bit of citrus tang. My wife thinks it smells like a skunk. The room that my carboy is in now smells the same way. Perhaps I misjudged the amount and it's just overly concentrated?

I've done my best to research before posting and others complain about a sulfur smell, which may be a product of their water. Does anyne have any thoughts?

do you have your carboy covered? light 'skunks' beer. Could be your beer and not the StarSan...

It says the odor is slightly alcoholic. Do you know the make up of your water? You can try emailing 5 Star your question if no one here can provide an answer.

I myself have never smelled anything with Star San..
