I am about ready to bottle and I noticed that Star-San is leaving bubbles on the bottles and equipment. What do I need to do? Does it impart flavor or do I not need to worry about it? Thanks

No, do a search for "don't fear the foam" and you will never ask such a silly question again.

/I had the exact same question when I got here

Thanks for the replies!! I appreciate it. Maybe next time I will utilize the search function... The Nut Brown has been bottled!!!

StarSan is a great product and no need to fear the foam. It's harmless to the brew. It can be annoying when it blocks your view when trying to rack and siphon. But that's minor compared to StarSan's sanitizing properties and cost effectiveness.

I'm a freak when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing. I think I have a problem...

No, you don't have a problem at all. Good cleaning and sanitizing habits are essential to making good beer. No need to be paranoid about it, but don't let your guard down either. Star San is a great product and economical to use. It's shame when a beer is lost due to contamination. Fortunately for me, it has been a very, very rare occurrence and the last time was so long ago I can't even remember when it happened.
