My house is on a Septic system. I just wanted to see if there are any known concerns for using either of these with a septic system? I don't want to negatively impact my necessary bacteria in the tank when I dump my used cleaner down the drain.

you won't have any problems at all. Also dumping your yeast cake in the septic system is good for it.

Starsan is actually good for septic systems. It's talked about here.
