Stand Up Freezer

Good day all,
I am getting a stand up freezer from a friend. Great part is that it is free. So Immediately think of what I can do with this in my brewery. I have an stc 1000 so there are options. However this freezer works by pumping the coolant through the shelves so not like I can move or remove them (or can I?)
That is what I am reaching out to the community to figure out what I can do with this thing. I was thinking the really only thing I can use it for would to bottle condition my lagers. I would like to see how creative this group is.

Some folks have attempted to fold back the shelves with the cooling loops.
Some were successful.

Use it to store beer. Removing the shelves could ruin the whole thing.

I LOVE my temp controlled beer cave (upright freezer with temp controller).

I actually prefer fermenting in my chest freezer, doesn't let cold out when you open the lid.
