I just bottled what I dubbed "Hairy Little Monster". It's a reddish low gravity rye ale with a crapton of late hop additions and fermented with brett. lambicus.

Irish Red (nitro)
Kentucky Common
IPA
Imperial Black Ale (black IIPA basically)
Americanized Witbier
DIPA
Belgian Tripel
Imperial Smoked Porter
Creme Brule Stout
Belgian Saison
French Saison
Saison Noire
Belgian Stout
Holiday Stout
Maybe some others if they're ready by then.
 
Im carbing up an Irish Red right now. It's not green. It will not be green.
 
I should be having an Irish Red and an Oatmeal Stout. I know they are kinda boring but they should still taste pretty good!!
 
Milk Stout, Bourbon Barrell Imperial Stout, Oatmeal Stout, Randalled Rye IPA, Hard Cider.

Can you tell there's a stout competition coming up in Kansas City?
