Ss brewtech 7G Unitank

Hi! So it’s the first time I ferment with the SS brewtech 7G Unitank.

It’s been 20 hours since I pitched the yeast and fermentation has begin since my starsan jar is bubbling...

Here’s my question: is it normal that my pressure gage shows 0 psi???

If you are venting to a jar then you can't build pressure.

yes if you have a blowoff in starsan then you are not going to build pressure. so the answer to your question is yes this is normal. if you want to pressure ferment you should get a spunding valve
