Hi Merry Christmas all.

I'm fermenting two batches, an Americam Pale Ale & a Milk Stout. Can I keg a portion of each batch and bottle the rest? If so, what changes would I make regarding carbonation? I'm pretty new but as far as I can see bottles use priming sugar and keg use co2.

I brew 6 gallon batches and split them between 3 gallon kegs and bottles. I prime the beer as if I were going to bottle it all. Keg naturally carbs like the bottles do, but you probably get a little more sediment this way. I have not had any issues with the kegs being over carbed.
