Hey Folks -
Purchased a lovely Spike+ 20Gal system and put together a beersmith profile based on available information and insight from the last two brew days (attached). I'm fly sparging at a slow rate (about an hour to fill up the kettle).
I hit mash ph, chlorine tests come back negative, etc..
Curious what folks who have a little bit more experience think of the profile and may have for tips.
