Spent Grain - Cereal

Inspired by the dog biscuit thread....Yes I have tried them pretty good stuff.


Anybody try making a granola cereal of some sort? I think this could be tasty.

I haven't tried tasting spent grains, but freshly crushed 2-row reminds me of Grape-Nuts.

Crushed Crystal Malt is delicious on its own I wonder what it would taste like in milk? Are there any recipes other than dog biscuits mentioned above?

i dried some out in the oven. they need somthing else to add to it though.

I just toss my spent grains into our compost heap in the backyard. Turn it into mulch then use the mulch to make my homegrown hops happier.
