Special bacteria?

Found a recipe for a Flanders Brown that I want to try it calls for ale yeast and special bacteria? Any suggestions on what the special bacteria could be? Thanks for your time.

Oh, the "special" bacteria. I'm not sure, but I think it might be cultured from the armpits of hungarian mine workers.





Probably Lactobacillus/spit, but you could probably just use Wyeast 3763 Roeselare

Personally if I found a recipe for a flanders brown that called for "special bacteria," I consider it a less than credible recipe. But that's me.
