Hey gang. I have been asked to source a spare mini fridge to fit a spare 1/6bbl or 1/4bbl for our office kegerator but have been failing to find anything in the $150-$300 range online. No bells or whistles needed, just needs to have the interior dimensions to fit the product. Anyone know of a good place to look or have a model that fits the bill?

Thanks!

I use a chest freezer with a digital temp controller to keep it at fridge temps. Even with a brand new 5 or 7 cu ft freezer and an Inkbird ITC-308, you should be able to keep it way under $300, possibly under $200, depending on sales. There's always craigslist too

Is a 1/6 or 1/4 keg any taller than a corny keg? That would be my biggest concern

I think the Haier 4.5cf would fit those ok. Stripped they're around 30x20x18 inches inside. They're around $135.

I originally ordered a Danby 4.5 cubic foot mini fridge that seems to have the same issue as the Haier you suggested, it has a ledge on the backside that pushes against a 1/4bbl or 1/6bbl keg and prevents you from closing the door.

Looking for a fridge that is a full rectangular 4.5 cubit foot without that I guess.

1/2bbl keg I believe is the same height. They just have different diameters.

Is the fridge tall enough inside that you could build a little shelf in front of the hump so it has a flat floor?

Hoping to keep this spare fridge the same size as my Danby kegerator, which is 4.5 cubic feet without hump. Just figured since they made that size for kegerators, they might make that exact size for simple coolers. Maybe I was wrong?

by chance are there any other ideas here because my searches have been less than productive.
