I live 60 miles west of Houston. I found this place from Defalco's web site. I am about ready to start my first batch :) after I make the chiller I found here. I have a set back thermostat and to keep the electric bill down the house can get up to over 85 degrees, and when we are at home it is set to 78.

Any one try the "son of Fermentation chiller"? It calls for a sheet of 2" extruded polystyrene. Lowes only has 1/2" Any good way to glue 4 sheets together, or can the 2" stuff be purchased locally?
