I just wanted to say Hi to everyone and let you know that I recently moved here and will be opening another location in the Columbia area that will house distrubution for Keg Cowboy as well as a store front. The Houston store will remain open operating as HOMEBREWT. I look forward to meeting local homebrewers and getting back to brewing once everything is all situated. We will of course be hiring at some point in the next few months. - Jeff

Maybe the title sounded too much like an advertisement. Hi everyone, my name is Jeff and I just moved to Lexington, SC. I hope to rebuild my setup from scratch in the next few months and would love to get together with any local brewers.:tank:

Hey Jeff! I am soooooo jealous you are moving less than an hour from my hometown of Greenwood, SC. Right now I currently live in McAllen, TX. We are ready to head back that way soon and I will definitely come check out the store when I'm in town. The only homebrew store i am aware of is Bet-Mar in Columbia. There used to be a store in Charleston but it closed back in 2002. Good luck and I hope to see you soon!

Since you sounded "like an advertisement"....Are you looking to hire anyone for your new operations in SC? Shoot me a DM if so. Thanks and what a welcome addition to the area!

Thanks, We used to deal with a co2 tank vendor in Greenwood. I look forward to meeting you when you come through and thanks for the information.

We'll be in town at the end of this month but might not make it to Columbia. Hope to catch up with you next time. Looking forward to meeting you and seeing how your business is growing in SC. Take care and good luck!

Excellent - there will be a little transition time so I am not planning to be fully stocked until November so maybe we can just get together for a brew session if you happen to make it this way. Either way right on!!

How soon before you have any inventory on hand? I'm always on the lookout for good vendors that are closer to my area, so shipping is cheaper (and faster). Is the link in your sig good for your new location or the old one?

Either way, welcome to the eastern US...

Shipping as of today is still in Houston - As soon as a location is settled on then we will start splitting vendor shipments until the transfer is complete.

The new store location will be 108 E. Main Street, Lexington SC. We expect an opening in April.- Jeff
