Sours/lambics and beer lines.

It's pretty common knowledge that any time you make a sour or lambic beer that you need to have separate equipment for anything that's permeable.

In that sense, if you serve a sour/lambic beer on tap do you, or the bar if they're serving it, need separate serving lines as well?

I would assume "yes" but that seems like a big investment for serving establishments. On the other hand, beer is only in serving lines for a short period of time so maybe it's not necessary.
 
It takes months for sour bugs to affect beer. The short time beer sits in your lines should not be an issue. Just clean it well to minimize any bugs that might remain.
