Does anyone know where I can get unpasteurized fresh apple cider anywhere near Hamilton, Ontario? I've looked extensively online but I can't find what I'm looking for.
It's not that I'm against using pasteurized juice for hard cider making but I can't get it to clear in a reasonable amount of time(even with pectic enzyme). I'm hoping someone has a source that I'm just not finding. Even if it's far away(within reason) let me know!
Any input would be hugely appreciated!
