anyone try sour/tart cherry juice in a wit? Im wondering if a bottle in 5 gallon is too or not enough. I will probaby do it for half my batch so please let me know how this turned out for you. I heard this was really good in some article.

My only advice is to use actual juice. A guy in my club used flavor concentrate, and it tasted like cough syrup.

Other than that, best advice i've gotten on adding fruit juice is to pour a pint and dose that pint to get the ratio you like. Then dose the rest of the beer.

I think it sounds like it would be a good tasting beer.
 
I like the idea, started doing it with saisons, wits are great bases for juice.



not the greatest btw.. its too expansive for what you come out of it. Also don't I would prime with this juice only. I did corn sugar and this sour juice and create beer bombs :)
