I'm looking to make a slightly hopped, lemony/citrusy wheat ale with a sweetness from the crystal malt.

What changes should I make? My concerns are the 1 lb. of crystal 10L (just because I don't see alot of wheat recipes with it) and also with the hop schedule.

I was just hesitant about it. Most recipes I see use 1/2 # of C20 or C40 so I wasn't sure if there was a reason for not increasing the amount and lightning it.

It will leave some body and add some sweetness. I wouldn't go over 1# but I think you'll be fine between .75 and 1. Especially since you are hopping more than a traditional wheat beer.

Now that i'm comfortable with the C10 :rockin:
Any suggestions on the hop schedule? I've never used sorachi ace before, but I know it's a bittering addition and has the lemony/citrusy flavor and aroma i'm looking for. I was going to use citra too, but i'm not able to get any right now.
