Son Of Fermentation/Mini Fridge

I have a 1.7 CF Mini fridge I was wondering if there was a way to incorporate it into a SoF type build So I can hit Lagering Temps. I will be using the DIY aquarium temp Controls. Chest freezer is out of question due to another baby on the way and SWMBO.

Yes, you can do that. I remember a guy on here built a very small fridge into a wooden frame, and insulated the frame. Could fit a couple fermenters in there. I forget the thread title, but essentially you could probablyl just take the door off, and build a much larger chamber to affix the fridge to.

You should have no problem doing this as long as you don't build the chamber too large. Be sure to insulate well and provide some small fans to circulate the air throughout the chamber.
