just did a double brewday yesterday. One batch of edworts apelweifen, and my second partial mash from my own recipe. anyone wanna add thier thoughts to my beer recipe?
Gildogs Creamy Pale Ale
1 can extra light extract
2 lbs pilsner malt
1 lb pale malt
1 lb hominy grits
.5 lb table sugar
.5 oz pallisade hops
.5 oz irish moss
1 pkg s05 yeast
i would just like to say, edwort your apelwiefen ROCKS! took me like an hour to throw it together, since everything is no boil. Cheap as heck too. found a sale 2/3 bucks on frozen concentrate. the whole thing including sugar was less than 15 bucks. nice.
