I wasn't planning on moving into kegging for a bit but i saw a kegerator on craigslist with 2 co2 tanks for a meager $150 so i picked it up. Now it came with this regulator but im not sure it will fit a 5 gal corny keg(currently don't have one). if someone could lend some knowledge on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.
Also i know its more preference but ball lock vs pin?

Here it is

I loath cell phone camera pics...

That's a Sanke keg coupler. Can't tell which type, but it definitely won't fit either a pin lock or ball lock keg. No biggie, maybe you can find someone to give it to, and once you settle on a corney keg type pick up the disconnects that match it.

fwiw, I have 14 ball lock kegs (all but two have beer in 'em). I went that way because I could fit six of them in my 10cf keezer (and without needing a collar at that), whereas I could only get five pin locks in there...

Cheers!
