sodastream thread failure rate.

few months ago i got a sodastream canister that had narrow threads that wouldnt fit into my adaptor. i exchnaged it no prob and the clerk said it happens once in a while but it still a pain and means to be safe i should prolly have another in the cabinet for emergencies . well today it happended again and i got about a 2 out of 10 failure rate now.

anyone else use soda stream and have the threads not work once in a while.

I use sodastream cylinders and have not had this issue. But of course now you've got me worried. I assume you're talking about the TR21-4 threaded ones and not the newer version, since I don't think the new ones are threaded (they look like they snap on sorta like a ball lock).
