Socal Brewer. New to the forum

Hello fellow hobbyists!
Though not new to brewing,
I have in the last year upgraded and upscaled (though in some ways downscaled) my brewing production.
I do AG, ferment in kegs (usually under pressure and serve on a custom 3 tap keezer.

I love malty and or balanced beers over the hoppier varieties (in general)

I currently have an ESB and a Dunkelweizen brewing.

Welcome. I'm the same about malty or balanced over hoppy. Nothing wrong with not being part of the "hop craze".

I'm with the two of you, all about malt! I use German noble hops in most if my brews, good flavor and aroma.

Welcome from the San Francisco area. I have been more into the hoppier beers, but am going to branch out and see what else is out there. I had a Helles and really liked it. Enjoy the site, some great folks here with some great info.
