First post... but I must admit I've been quite obsessed with searching the world of homebrewtalk to expand my knowledge. I've finally ran into a dilemma I couldn't find an answer to. I just completed my 5th experimental IPA (was getting me excited as all hell after completion btw) and while cooling the wort in the tub my girlfriend decided to grab a bar of soap which dropped some residual mishaps into my batch. I'm still going for it and dropping my Safale 05 just to see what's up but wanted to know if anyone else had this completely random a$$ misfortune. And
mates. Glad to join the community :fro:
