Brewed a RIS today and bottled a Christmas in Belgium.
I just bought the ingredients for a BIAB version of the Kona Big Wave Golden Ale recipe. I plan on bottling my ESB Saturday to free up a fermenter and brewing on Sunday. I might slip in another gallon batch of a simple cider while I'm at it.
LOL! I just pulled out the first flannel of winter today!
Because I have zero sense of timing, brewed an Oktoberfest- guess it will be whoever I can imagine up that get married for desembre fest...
