Kegged an Irish Red and just racked an American Brown experiment.
Brewing my first All-Grain brew this weekend. A Belgian Trippel. Maybe a little challenging for a first AG brew, but what the heck!
My WL Bock yeast is coming in tomorrow along with some grains for the traditional bock recipe in BCS. That will be my first lager.
I use the water for pale ales with no problem (west chicago burbs). I just leave it sit out overnight for the chlorine to off gas.
