Brewing a Nut Brown. Just mashed, now sparging.
Brewed my bride's beer this afternoon (Henry Weinhard's clone), and tomorrow I'm brewing my own beer: a Patersbier (Belgian Abbey Ale). I thought I might get them both in today, but it got too late and had to watch the neighbor baby. Oh well, two days is better than one long one when it comes to brewing!
5 gallons of Kölsch will hit the tally tomorrow afternoon.
