So who's brewing this weekend?

It seems every time I post in this thread that I'm brewing during the upcoming weekend life intervenes and I don't get to brew. This is my third test of this theory. Trying to crank out 5 gallons of high gravity breakfast stout and 10 gallons of either honey red or Pilsale...

Brewing my second AG this weekend...this one will be a RyePA...pretty excited about it. Also built a MLT from a 10-gallon cooler since the last time...tried to use a Zapap LT the first time and it got stuck. Didn't want to deal with that again.

Just about ready to bottle my Vanilla Porter this afternoon. Got everything sanitized and covered, so as soon as I boil the priming sugar and vanilla flavoring, into the beer it goes. Then bottling starts. Won't be long now!

As long as SWMBO doesn't get out the BC you'll be fine... You just need to sparge a bit and the swelling will go down.

I brewed an arrogant clone yesterday. Here's the recipe that my LHBS and I came up with.

2 cans bries golden light
1/2 lb of caramel 120
1/4 lb caramel 60
1/4 lb caramel 15

1 lb of dextrose
2 oz chinook pellets @ 60 min
1 oz chinook pellets @ 30
1 oz chinook pellets @ 15

1 tsp Irish moss @ 5

Safale S04 for yeast

It's bubbling away right now.

I'm finally going to get my Janet's Brown recipe into the kettle on Saturday afternoon/evening and hope to get a not yet specified batch made as well. I'm debating between: Firestone Walker's Union Jack Clone, a crowd pleaser like a cream ale or something for SWMBO. I just realized that I've never even asked for her opinion as to what to brew, whoops. I took care of that in quick order.

Currently kegged: Robust Porter and American Amber
In the primary: 9oz contest IPA
Bottled: my home grown Cascade IPA

Ive got a 5 hop citrus ipa that goes into bottle fermentation sunday. that same day my blueberry blonde goes into the carboy for 2 weeks and i am also goin to brew a belgium amber.
