Jolly Alcoholic - In Remembrance 2023
a new method of burst carbing, 10 gallons of cider that was done fermenting....only one empty keg, that the only lid, might be leaky....and was really excited to try it out again, and perfect it.....had one keg half full of alco-pop, WWYD?
try to keg only half the 10 gallons for a kick? dump the alco-pop, because it doesn't have any vitamins anyway? (this is health food after all) think about how you haven't been 'DRUNK' in 8 years and pound the alco-pop? dilemma's dilemma's.....oh, i didn't mention two of my kegs are dumpper beer, i'm holding out hope for to clear with gelatin....long shot....
edit: well before i even clicked post on this thread, the dumpper went back into the fermenter to get more sugar, for alco-pop of the future....burst carbed two kegs with what i think was 1.3oz's co2, need a longer hose.....this will be, kegs number 5 & 6....thinking maybe a dedicated 5lb tank and reg just for carbing kegs.....5 lb tank should last 6 months of full carbing, for me......
