Hi all!, i am about to brew my 100th homebrew, was wondering what would be your all-time best brew. Food for thought. The one you keep #1 in your book. "THE ONE" beer ;).
Ok! all the best, From Montreal, canada.

There's no "THE ONE" for me. I have a few recipes that I've brewed multiple times, but mostly experiment with new ones.

If I was looking for a 100th recipe, I'd look to something big and special, like this

Why not copy the best beer in the world for your 100th?

And welcome to HBT!

Thanks so much! i'll be looking to it for sure. In fact, i do not have myself a "one beer", more like a beloved range of grains and hops. Speaking of Alaskan, i brew last year a clear pale ale with glacier water i brought back from the canadian Rocky mountains, really cold this one ;) super good.

Thanks for the thread! I made a top 10 of my "best of", now down to 5. In fact, i brew this weekend the 96 and 97... getting ready for my 100th. I starting to think it will involve canadian 2row and vienna. And flaked corn and rice...
