Hey all - I am trying to brew a S'Mores Stout and I was hoping to get a little feedback on the recipe. The below is what my initial thought is. It is a small, biab batch (2.75 gallons). I haven't quite decided on the hop additions yet, but I am leaning towards Phoenix. I would appreciate any feedback!
