I'm thinking about a smokey Amber beer. I'm looking for hints of smoke, coffee, caramel, and toffee. I want to keep it light in color to be a bit deceiving. My first crack at a grain bill is below, let me know what you guys think.

8 lbs 2 row (76%)
2 lbs smoked malt (15%)
0.50 lbs caramel 80 (4%)
0.50 lbs coffee malt (4%)
0.125 lbs chocolate (1%)

This looks very Yummy, I love chocolate and caramel. The smoked malt is awesome. I can almost taste it. Your grain bill looks great, you gotta let us know how it turns out! Coffee and Toffee is a really good idea in an Amber. This is one I may have to try. Good luck!
