I have a Dark Ale recipe for Xmas in need of reviewing:
Maris Otter ---72.4%
Brown --- 5.7%
Chocolate --- 5.7%
Pale Chocolate --- 5.7%
Amber --- 3.4%
Crystal 45L --- 3.4%
Crystal 90L --- 3.4%
SRM 41
IBU 55 ( Northern Brewer + Perle )
OG: 1.095
FG: 1.025
Windsor + Nottingham
