Smaller Pressure Relief Valve

I recently purchased a used keg that has a pressure relief valve with smaller threads than typical. The valve does not seat very well and needs to be jockeyed a bit to seal. I would like to replace this valve but cannot find a replacement for sale anywhere. Anyone ever find a replacement for these?

I think I need to buy a new lid, but wanted to see if anyone has ever found replacements for these.
