My wife and I will be visiting her father and his wife in August. I have recently entered into home brewing and wanted to do something nice for my stepmother-in-law, who must eat glutton free. they do now drink large amounts of beer but still enjoy beer. As such i am looking for a three gallon recipe for a Glutton Free beer. With being new i have no idea how to scale down a 5 gallon recipe without screwing it up. A light beer would be preferable.
