Wild Yeast Brewing
I like to brew small batch beer. I put together a PID controlled system for around $100.00. Enclosed are some pics.
4 gallon kettle from Kmart - $24.00, $16.00 ball valve from Amazon. PID controller, 40 amp Solid State relay and temp probe, Amazon $35.00. 800 watt hot plate. Had one laying around, but you can get on Amazon for around $20.00. Electrical box and plug, Home Depot. (big box hardware store) $20.00 Insulation $10.00 Home Depot. Once mashed I boil on the stove top.
