So, this beer is still a little green (just barely carbed in the keg), but I think I'll be making this again. I based this on the recipe from Zymurgy, but tweaked a couple things: 1. Increased the 2-row (just to use the last pound or so I had left). 2. Increased the pale malt a little (can't remember why). 3. Used 2 types of crystal (just for a bit more complexity and color). 4. Use a bittering addition of Warrior (had some on hand - wanted some clean bitterness and didn't want to waste my centennial). I wish I had done my Bell's yeast culture before I made this, just to get that last little bit of the real character of 2HA. Even though this is pretty young, it is still pretty damned close, with just a bit more alcohol.... it will be made again, especially with the Bell's Ale yeast. :rockin:
