Hello All!!

I am trying to clone a beer that is available here in Canada called Sleeman Dark Ale. Here is some info, straight from their website about the beer:

SleemanOriginalDark.gif

Description
An all malt ale, Sleeman Original Dark is brewed from a combination of roasted barley malts, English Aroma hops, and deep well water.

Tasting Notes
Original Dark's ruby red/brown hues are accented by dense tan foam. The medium body features roasted malt flavours, with hints of caramel and toasted grains showing through. You'll find that the taste is balanced and aromatic with a surprisingly clean finish.

I have searched online and haven't been able to find a clone for this beer anywhere, so I am resorting to try to come up with one on my own. This is the first beer recipe I have ever done completely from scratch, so I wanted to get your opinion on what I have so far:

9 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
3 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM)
4.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)

1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] - Boil 10.0
1.0 pkg Nottingham (Danstar #-) [23.66 ml]

Est Original Gravity: 1.054
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 5.6 %
Bitterness: 33.4 IBUs
Est Color: 22.0 SRM

I went with a high amount of caramel malts to try and get the roasted character. I also went with some EKG for flavoring, to get the "English Aroma Hops" they describe.

Any feedback is appreciated.
