I've had my Oatmeal Stout in my keg for about 2 weeks now and using co2 and the carbonation is great but the flavor has started to change. So does beer turn that quick? The temp has been fine and all. It still is fine to drink but I noticed today the flavor was slightly off. I'll you know how it is tomorrow night

I find the taste changes as it clears over time. On a couple I liked the unclear taste a little better. I had one turn funky, but it was badly temperature abused over 5 months. I dumped the last half gallon because I had something else ready. If yours turned in a couple weeks, something is not right. You should be good for months.

Thanks for the help. It has gone funky but maybe as you stated and settled. I have not moved it in over a week and maybe it settled. 2nd batch in the new keg and first batch was gone in a weekend.

Did you get a lot of trub into the keg? Maybe the initial pours are just pulling that from the bottom of the keg?
