Here is a hood we pit up on this weekend and it worked pretty well. Aluminum water bearer drip pan with 7" flashing riveted inside. 250cfm inline duct fan. Adjustable shelf brackets. This worked good enough for us using electric, but would not have been enough air flow for propane I think.
