First attempt at a cyser. I bought 2 lbs of Clover Honey with the intention of using only 1, but lost my mind and went and added all of it. We'll have to see how this turns out.

1 gallon Field Day Organic Apple Juice
2 lb Clover Honey
1 dry pack Mangrove Jack M02 Cider Yeast

Removed 3 cups of cider/juice from jug, and set aside. Added honey, pectic enzyme, yeast nutrient, and yeast energizer. Shook the bejesus out, and then shook it back in ;) Added cider/juice back in until 1.5 inches from top. Soaked a cloth napkin in sanitizer and rubber banded to jug until safe to add bung and airlock.

I'll keep you posted on how this turns out.
